I have been using Avast Premium for some time now. I have just received a notice that my license would expire on 8/30 and asking me if I wanted to renew. The note was very clear that the years would be ADDED to my existing expiration date. Instead of that, I got a license that shows an experitation date of 8/3/2016 (today’s date). You have just ripped off almost a month of my license. My userid id 104355075. I want a license file with the correct expiration date (8/30).
