But, I have long since bought and installed AntiTrack. What is wrong

I don’t use CleanUp Premium, so I can’t speak from personal experience. I’m not sure if the CleanUp Premium product is looking for anti-track functions.
I use Avast Antivirus free so I don’t have an anti-track function, does that concern me, not really.
I have some browser add-ons that would also limit this exposure and you can use your browser in Private Mode. This should keep that exposure to a lower level. Basically this is Avast promoting its other programs where there is a perceived problem.
Having just read the edited post - Try the Avast UI > Menu > Settings > Personal Privacy and uncheck the Offers option.
