Ugh…so I can’t get rid of this virus, (well it may just be considered malware) which makes a supposedly antivirus software come up called AntiVirus Live. I did some research and discovered how to get it off my computer, but I guess I either went to another site and got it, or I just didn’t get rid of it the right way.
Does avast have an update for this? I am currently updated to date on the autoupdate through the avast software.
It is rogue/scum ware delivering fake security alerts it isn’t a virus as such.
If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it and report the findings (it should product a log file).
