I have used linux antivirus programs on windows as well as free windows antivirus programs on usb and they don’t find any viruses really. (on a computer with 400 infected viruses they found 1 infected file).
I need an antivirus program that can be loaded onto a thumb drive and possibly bootable). It needs to be able to be updated with the latest windows virus types (anti (virus database). Which of your products if any offer offer this? What usb drives do you recommend. Will a external harddrive work?
Sorry, avast does not have a portable version.
This is something I have been asking for. At the moment I don’t see it happening. I keep hoping.
There are some available, I just don’t know about their efficacy.
Nor do I know if any of them would conflict with avast.
