Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this virus? I have tried Malware bytes. It found the virus but cannot get rid of it. Avast never caught it. I noticed when I got pop ups stating that I had a virus and I needed to purchase an upgrade to get rid of it. There is no way to remove all of this though.

Every time my computer restarts from malware bytes the virus pops up again. What can I do?
