Antivurus Action has infected my PC - help!!!!

Hi

I have been infected by the above Trojan. Avast did not stop it and I am at my wits end.

I have tried downloading anti malware soft ware and running this in safe mode - the software shows no virus. I have managed to stop the pop ups through Task Manager but need to clean the PC how can I do this and know that it IS clean.
