Any Activation Issue When Upgrading to a Clean Windows 8 Install?

I’m running Windows 7 now and Avast Internet Security.

If I buy the upgrade to Windows 8 Pro (on the same hardware), but go through the necessary motions to install it as a full clean installation, will I have any problems activating Avast Internet Security on the upgraded Windows 8 OS?
