After being attacked by that piece of (^&*%#!) PSGuard and removed it I found out that I can’t get “Help and Support” or the “Drag and Drop” to work. ???
I run “services.msc /s” and it says that “Help and Support” is working (Status = Started, Startup Type = Automatic, Logon as = Local System).
I do not know if the first problem would fix the second one cause I know the HTML
(IE) is being used in the file managing. Some relation.
Probably I erased something while fixing after the attack.
It is got to be something with IE. Somehow IE was mess up. The IE-Tools/Internet Options/Security/Internet. I do not know how to get it back (because I do not know what was before).
You were right and I run WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU but it didn’t do anything. Probably because it keeps the setting as it found them. Tomorrow I will continue the war. Tonight I am wasted.
I wouldn’t like to re-built the system. I can’t undersatand why IE can’t be changed back to original. Thanks!!!

navigatate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID{2559a1f1-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}
Is there a minus (“-”) sign in front of clsd {2559a1f1-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}?
If so, remove it, close regedit and reboot
