It currently only shows applications running on my ssd. Is there any way to have it scan my harddrive also?

could you please be more specific? Like which functionality you are referring to or which apps you have on your SSD and which on your HDD?
In general I could say that we primarily focus in all our features on C: drive as it is typically the most common (system) one but we can think of expanding our reach to other drives if it makes sense.
That’s why I would like to understand better what’s your case.
