Any Way to Set New Tab to be a Specific URL?

I would like the New Tab page to also be the URL I have set as my Home Page. Can it be done?

Hello,

Yes, you can achieve that by navigating to Secure browser settings (secure://settings/) and typing home in the search field.

Enable the option “Show home button” as shown in the attached screenshot, and enter chrome://newtab/ in the corresponding field. That’s it! Now the “Home Page” should always open as a new tab.
