I have submitted a ticket (#156296) to ask for a quotation for increased number of Internet Security licenses. After 4 days, as nobody responded, I sent a reminder. No answer. Today, 9 days since submitting the ticket, I tried to call to Avast. Nobody picks up the phone at the headquarters (I called through 00 420 274 005 777 listed on the website) - instead the call gets hung up after half a minute.
I tried to send a fax to 00 420 274 005 888 (listed on the website), but the number doesn’t work. Instead, I get a message “The extension 889 is not available. Please record your message…”.
Is there anyone at Avast? Does anyone have an idea how to reach that someone?
Thank you for your help! I got an acknowledgement to my ticket yesterday, soon after your message. Today the actual dialogue about my request moved forward, so maybe we are getting somewhere 8)
Yes, the problem got resolved. I believe this was the first time in quite a few years I had to submit a ticket, so I can’t complain too much - even if the response time wasn’t what I would have expected.
