anyone heard of UST virus?

my sister accidentally accepted a file in YM and now its in my pc.

avast is currently updated. im now scanning using boot-time schedule. because they say the virus is not easy to quarantine nor delete, because it attaches itself on all local partitions, etc.

can avast deal with this using boot-time schedule? thanks.
