I don’t recall it being there a week ago and I don’t know how it got there or if it is dangerous. I’d like to get rid of it. avast isn’t reporting any problems.

Any ideas?

Looks familiar to me. Everything under “Games” on my Win7 has at least the first two panels (ESRB rating and Performance rating), some have the third (trophies/game achievements). Looking again the ones without the trophy icon I have simply never played. Getting rid of it, I couldn’t say how or if you even can.
