I tried submitting a ticket the day after I autorenewed for a VPN I had no idea I was setup to renew. I have received no response nearly 6 days later, do I have to contact my bank or is there somewhere I can get help?
Have patience.
As has been explained numerous of times, avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.
Post your ticket # here and I’ll try to expedite your request.
where do i need to go to insert a ticket for a refund on internet security?
You don’t insert one, you need to submit one.
Try the following: https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new.
Support tickets are handled on a First In First Out and can take between 5 and 10 working days, depending on payment method. Whatever you do don’t submit multiple tickets as this throws you back in the line.
Sorry, “Submit”. And where do i go to submit a ticket. i apologize for so many questions but Im new to the avast world
You have been told twice already where you can submit a ticket.
@ Eddy, that almost sounds like a scolding ???
@chrisboyland,
Click on the link in DavidR’s post or the one I’m repeating and fill out the form.

Once submitted wait for the reply and post the Ticket# that will be sent to you here and we’ll try to expedite the return.
This link work fine, simply scroll down and you’ll see this:
The problem is that you submitted multiple tickets (as it seems).
I have emailed avast 6 times over the past 10-14 days.
here my latest ticket #Ticket ID: 66083That means you should start counting from the date that you submitted the latest ticket.
I’ve been waiting 18 days for a response for a refund request in ticket # 53009. I haven’t heard anything from AVAST since the initial email that my ticket was opened. Can anyone help get this expedited?
Avast has been alerted. Let’s see if that helps.
