“Support” said they’d call me back, but haven’t. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, turned phone on and off again, updated iOS - but it still only ever scans two photos per categories. Worse than just using Google Photos to clean up. oh - and my review on AppleStore (to try and get help) never posted. So disappointed and feel I’ve been scammed. Anyone else had this issue and got it resolved?
Hello online friend. Sadly, I too am having the same issue as yourself and probably a million others. *my Paid Avast Cleanup is Not working either. Yes, I have done everything from repair, uninstall, reinstall and go-back with a Restore Point and nothing is making Cleanup work. ? Could and Microsoft updates have corrupted it? I guess only God knows the true answer to that one. Good Grief, I work on PC’s and install and fix and run commands on them but-this is an “Avast Software Issue and problem!” Michael.
