apache as an exception in windows firewall

Hello all me again. Can anybody let me how come I have something called apache as an exception in my windows firewall setting , any research I have done has not given me a conclusive answer as to what it is .

I foung that answer but on my other laptop with the same operating system it is not installed

Try unticking it in the firewall and see what happens, if it is not needed then block it.

Well, you sure have to install apache, either you won’t find it on the other laptop… :wink:

Thank you for your help , I unchecked apache and everything is running fine , several sites spoke about apache being a component of Java ???
