App shows multiple accounts

I just updated Avast Internet Security through the app. It seemed to be confused, did not seem to finish. I went to the app and it said I have three accounts open

NOW - here’s the rub: I tried to contact Avast, and your links are circular - from page to page with no apparent way to initiate an email or whatever.

Even just a clue as to how to send an email or initiate a message would be very nice!
