We are getting messages from users that our application is marked as malware and contains a Trojan payment element.
Our application is perfectly legitimate with thousands of paying users. What can we do to resolve this issue?

Tel the users to update the virus definitions.
avast has already solved several FP’s in the past few days.
If updating the definitions is not solving it, follow the link that Asyn gave you.

Thank you for the reply. I have tried reporting the false positive but as we are unable to reproduce the problem with versions of Avast installed on our test devices, I don’t have the file required.
