You’re title is somewhat strange “Arbitrary withdrawal of money from my account through data stolen.”

So I’m not entirely sure how Avast could be responsible for your data being stolen.

Did you ever have a paid subscription for Avast ?
If so did you cancel the payment mandate ?
If not on the renewal date this would be automatically actioned ?

If you did have a subscription and payment mandate:
