Are the Update-Servers down at the moment? Stream-Updates are ok!

I started my PC 20 minutes ago and didn’t get Definitions-Updates!
The Stream-Updates are working well.

Does anybody know if the Update-Servers are down?

Last Definition-Update was 120711-2.
