the bootscan finishes and says no viruses were found but these 4 can showing up during the scan, are these anything to worry about?

These files aren’t malware. “Corrupted” means that if you try to open the file, it won’t work. Even if they were bad, corruption would render them harmless- but they are safe files, so no worries.
