Last month I bought a wifi antenna cable because signal strength wasnt enough to connect.Things went good but, two weeks ago, it started playing me a nasty game…
When I have opened my pc, the cable is on the room and I move the cable closer to the AP, THERE’S NO CONNECTION!!! >:( >:( >:(
Even if I try to repair the connection, it says "Windows cant connect to OTE****** (The asterisks are a replacement for the real name of the network)
I know that you 'll say “That is a hardware problem, buy a new wifi card”. But in my other computer, the card and cable work perfectly in the same situation…
The second problem is a file called SynTPHelper.exe . It was on the App Data folder of Flash Player ActiveX. When I installed avast! it said that it found a trojan called “Win32:Crypt-OSW”. When I killed it from task manager, guess what my pc did… (drum roll) IT CRASHED! How does a viral file that remains unquarantined is a vital file for Windows???
I attach the logs from aswMBR, OTL and adwCleaner.
MBAM log will be attached asap.
I can see no apparent malware so we will check the net connection data
