Whilst I can’t say that it is definitely 100% a scam, It certainly looks like a scam - the email from address is a dead giveaway. Why would Avast use such a mailer service which if you do a search on the domain, there are questions about its legitimacy.
Do you even have an Avast paid subscription (if so are the dates close to your expiry date) ?
The Avast Premium Security Pro seems strange also, I’m not sure if they do a 5 devices (10 is a normal multi user/system number. The 5 year time frame also looks strange, to my recollection they do a 3 years multi license deal but not longer.
I certainly wouldn’t call that telephone number - it just confirms they have a live email - and someone who responds. Plus they would probably seek to gain more personal details and probably confirm your bank details.
