When I installed Avast Home for the first time, ashDisp.exe icon appeared below on the right of my window when starting my computer. Now I must make it myself. What’s happened? How may I restore it automatically?

Are you referring to the rotating “balls”…A and I ???
Go into Control Panel, Add/Remove and click on Avast.
Use the option to “repair”
This normally fixes it.
The latest Avast version is 4.6.623
Make sure you have it.
If what Techied said does not work, try downloading AEC (click Control in my signature) and use this RejZor’s application to get the icon back
