What is the exact text of the error message ?
Is there not an additional information link. It normally gives a faulting program/application ‘ashWebSv.exe’ in this case but more importantly the ‘faulting module’ this may not be an avast process but one that is being used by ashWebSv.exe.

I notice from the HJT log that you have spyware doctor, there have recently been a number of problems in avast that are down to a bug in spyware doctor, check the forums for these, but an update has been released to address this bug. So I would first sugest you update spyware doctor and see what else transpires.
