Before you do anything else you should create a folder ‘HJT’ will do for hijackthis (C:\Documents and Settings\nikki\Desktop\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe) if you make any fixes when hijackthis isn’t in a permanent location (not-temp or desktop) of its own there may be no restore available if you make a mistake.

Other than this I can’t see anything obvious, this from an on-line analysis of your log is Neutral, but it isn’t something that must run so it could be fixed or unchecked in the startup section of msconfig…
