ashWebSv is using memory when WebShield scan something - so most likely you are downloading something, or your web browser has some opened connections.
I see, You are right.I dont remember ? i did that time.May be WebShield scanned something. Now its not using 95,000 k.Its back to normal.
One more thing…I set Resident Protection as High(By default it was normal). So the 7 providers are also High.
Will any problem come in setting it High ?
Well… It may cause some false positives to come out. ;D
Although I am not sure. I haven’t set it that high.
I usually set it to normal. After all I have back up scanners that do the scanning on a weekly basis. I guess that should be enough protection.
ashWebSV in my case consumes high memory every after an update is done. I usually fix it by Pausing Web Shield then resuming it. Then it is back to its usual self again. ;D
