[Ask] How to remove expired license to prevent automatic charge.

Hi There,

I was installed Avast pro with 2 month trial version, and then before the trial version is over, I purchase an Avas Pro license from Avast reseller.

But the trial version license (on my account) which is already expired and I don’t need it, still exist, the problem is avast try to charge my CC to renew that license, whereas I already have an another active license.

How to remove the expired license from my account?

I don’t get an answer from support ticket.
