ASWipDLL missing

I keep on getting an error message on my PC
Every time that I log in
“ASWip.DLL missing…”
I have run Avast cleanup utility - no difference
I have run Avast clear utility - no effect
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Avast - no difference
What can I do to fix this error message ?

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

I did this and on re-boot - exactly the same result
So - I did a restore on Win 10 - and installed Avast free which now won’t autostart
