AswMBR scan restarts computer

I have encountered a virus called “Win32 Malware” on my computer, and I have placed it in quarantine. However, when I attempt to delete it, it doesn’t get removed from the system. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I followed the instructions provided in this forum post: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0[url=https://smashkartsio.com]smash karts[/url].

I have successfully completed the first three steps mentioned in the post, and I have the logs for those steps. However, I encountered a problem when trying to execute the scan using aswMBR. Every time I initiate the scan, my computer restarts repeatedly, preventing me from obtaining the log for that step.

I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately not, there was very little work for them to do here and they have to keep current.

The Malwarebytes forum does have a section and qualified malware cleaning specialists.

I don’t have the URL to hand.
