aswMBR

@ true indian
You been repeatedly warned not to get involved with malware removal until qualified, this topic was reported and you have received a warning.

Some people never seem to learn.

  • Please create your own new topic, here http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=4.0 in the viruses and worms forum (click the New topic button at the top of the page see image) and we will try and get some help for you there.

Put some information in the new topic about your Operating System and the problems/symptoms you are experiencing and any avast alerts, etc.

I seem to recall that there might be two different people using this true indian account? Maybe wrong about that?

I dont need it as my experience is enough for me…I like to monitor these forums silently and learn new ways…i am always learning and enhancing and increasing my armoury to fight against malware!

So it brings me close to a trained guy! though i dont provide assistance on forums i love to learn from their way of assistance…helps me to assist people remotely easily!

The problem is when you don’t watch silently. :frowning:

hey hey hey no needa start rough here sometimes people even professionals make mistakes… we aint perfect…

The problem being when a mistake is made it can be at the expense of the victim whose system they are trying to clean and they make a mistake.

That is why we make it clear it should be left to those who are qualified at one of the various certified malware removal training schools.

Our only interest is ensuring those infected get qualified help.

I go cut the electricity because I have a problem at my boiler. Else I would reinstall. Didn’t the program not only kill the popup?
