I have followed the instructions on previous posts regarding rufus and frst and now have my fix list which I attach.
If essexboy is about can he have a look at this.

Prior to non booting what happened ?
Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Start FRST as before and press fix
Try a normal boot once run

Is there something I can do to prevent this happening again?
Not sure as I do not how you came to be in this situation
