During Scanning (Build 4.6.623):

ASWSIMPLE Application error. Error details: 5 Access denied. Scan of "D:\System Volume Information" area failed with 00000005 error (function avfilesScanReal failed).

Avast 4.6 Stop Scanning and abort.

Error, okay. Perhaps there are files which avast is unable to open, but it will be nice, when Avast continue Scaning at Errors and only report this Errors.

I you scan a Volume with 25 GB you have to Start from Begin again … >:(

Feature: continue Scaning at all Errors.

avast! certainly should continue scanning; actually, the “Results” window is displayed after everything is done. Are you sure that some parts of your disk were not scanned?

If you want to know exactly what was scanned, I suggest to turn on the creation of the Report file in program settings and let everyting, even “OK files” be included there. The final report will be quite big, but you will see what happened.

The scan needs >15 min. There was a pop up with this Errror at final. I will check this next time again with the Report.
