aswSnx.sys causes system freeze

Hello,
i have/had a problem with the free avast free version that i only recently was able to identify.
ever since i installed avast (so since i set up this computer) my computer was sometimes freezing for short periods of time, usually less than half a second but enough to stop all other programs and services for this time, first i just realized that something is strange when i ran ping tests to my router (i have wifi and usually run a constant ping test to my router to see how bad/good it is)
Sometimes it just showed “general failure” during one of those freezes , then it went on normally.

Recently i added an Logitech G430 Headset to my computer and since then the freezes became more annoying, affecting the computer sound wich also looped the last milliseconds from before the freeze happened and since a few days they halted the whole system and forced me to hard reset.

I thought it was symptoms of a failing HD but no test program was able to verify that, some things also didn’t act up. The freeze never halted the whole system when something was running that used up larger amounts of resources.
But when those resources where available the crash was just a matter of time, bringing me to the conclusion that it may could be caused by something that just starts when the computer isn’t used, like an damaged update program.
Lately i got “lucky” and got a blue screen instead of a freeze, after looking into the minidump i was suprised that not hal.dll (had 2 failing hds in the past) but aswSnx.sys semed to have caused the problem.

There is a tread in the business section about this but it basically just says turn of virtualization but this is not included in the free version of avast anyway.

Since i removed avast the problems are gone but i actually really like avast and would like to continue using it so is there any way someone could look into this and may fix it ?.

I am adding everything i was able to collect from the minidump using BlueScreenView.
No idea if it is any help.
