anyone got any help for me.

hi, please send me a couple of the latest minidumps (\Windows\Minidump folder) to kurtin@avast.com
thanks

here is one of my latest mini dumps.

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RWCVC2SW

minidump says, it was a memory fault during memory alloc operation (in windows function). It doesn’t exactly say, it’s aswTdi’s fault - maybe there’s a bug in our drivers (I don’t say it’s not)… if you get another bsod, please send me the new minidump, thanks.

sorry didnt check back to this for a while here si my newest crash dump.

had 4 last night…

I suggest that you upgrade to the current version of Avast 6.0.1125?

Make sure your MS/Windows Updates are current, as well as your software as well.

See if your problem is resolved. Thank you.

Nope the problem is still occuring…
I have even updated all that i can on my computer and just so you know it aint just happening on this computer it is happening on two of my laptops too its irritating =(

please fix this i love avast and ever since the version 6 release i have had blue screens on the my laptops and computers. Its always random timeing tho…

I checked the file with a program i have it seems like the driver “aswSnx.SYS” Is causing the problems on your computer.

hmm thats new to my old ones then… but how can fix it =P

soryy for double post but any suggestions

Did you send the dump files to pk’s email address ?

If not send it - Give the zip file you are attaching a unique name (e.g. craigy109-mem-dump.zip, etc), so they can identify it as yours. It might not be a bad idea to create a text file (readme.txt) with any relevant information, avast topic URL, user name, etc. etc. in the zip file.
