aswVmm.sys is corrupt- Windows 7 will not boot

Found some old posts about this issue and tried fixing it by using them, but it didn’t work…

So yesterday I tried updating Avast and got a BSOD, now my computer is not booting correctly.

Computer has Windows 7 64-bit home. I do not have a CD for it, because OS has been pre installed (store computer with upgraded parts).

Can boot in safe mode and tried the FRST program.

Thanks in advance

Hi Seina5313,
would you share MEMORY.DMP file for analysis ?
The default location of the dump file is %SystemRoot%\memory.dmp i.e C:\Windows\memory.dmp if C: is the system drive. Windows can also capture small memory dumps which occupy less space. These dumps are created at %SystemRoot%\Minidump.dmp (C:\Window\Minidump.dump if C: is the system
Zip the memory.dmp as Seina5313_BSOD_11_2018.zip and upload it to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming.
Thank you !
