Solange die Dateiendung wirklich .txt ist dürfte es funktionieren.

Office hat sich wahrscheinlich als Standardprogramm für .txt Dateien gesetzt

Dann speichere fixlist.txt als normale Txt-Datei und führe den Fix aus.
Poste danach bitte dein “Fixlog.txt” als Anhang.

Du speicherst den Inhalt aus der QuoteBox von Essexboy (Antwort #11) als Txt-Datei im selben Verzeichnis, wie FRST.
Du startest FRST und klickst auf “Fix”.
Du postest dein “Fixlog.txt” hier im Forum.

also, nun habe ich nochmal avast deaktiviert, frst runtergeladen, gescannt, fix gewählt.

erst kam fixlist.txt wurde gespeichert, dann kam
“the fixlist.txt should be in the same folder/directory the tool is located.”

mein problem liegt darin, dass das frst.exe bei mir nicht so auf dem desktop aussieht.
ich schalte avast ab, lade herunter und dann kommt das fenster von farbar recovery scan tool.
ich mache das häkchen bei addition.txt ,mache den scan . dann sagt mir ein fenster “FRST.txt is is saved in the same directory FRST is located” nach ok kommt “addition.txt is is saved in the same directory FRST is located”
nach ok sind dann beide fenster offen

klicke ich auf fix, kommt “no fixlist found” obwohl ich den gesendeten text als fixlist mit editor aufm desktop habe.
???

den button FRST, wie bei essexboy habe ich nicht aufm desktop?

Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, dann wirst du beim Download nicht gefragt wo die Datei gespeichert werden soll, sondern das Programm(also FRST) startet sofort nach dem Download.

Ist das der Fall, dann wurde FRST mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit in das Temp Verzeichnis von Windows herunter geladen und nicht auf den Desktop. Man müßte also erstmal eine Einstellung(zBSp. im Browser) ändern, damit du das Zielverzeichnis angeben kannst und FRST nicht sofort nach dem Download startet.

Was verwendest du zum downloaden(herunterladen) von Dateien? Direkt den Browser? Wenn ja, welchen Browser?

Falls essexboy sein okay dazu gibt, versuch es mal mit Junkware Removal Tool: http://thisisudax.org/ lade das runter, speichere das auf deinem Desktop, beende den Avast Echtzeitschutz, lass deine Browser und andere Anwendungen zu und starte JRT als Administrator und starte dann den Scan indem du eine beliebige Taste drückst. Ist JRT fertig, erstellt es automatisch eine text Datei des Scans inkl. automatischer Bereinigung auf dem Desktop. Schliesse dann JRT wieder, reboote dein System und hänge dann den Scanbericht hier an.

danke für die geduldige hilfe, ich habe nun einiges gelernt!

zum schluss noch ne blöde frage, hebt man die ganzen fixlog, addition, frst, adwcleaner usw dateien auf oder kann man sie getrost löschen?

Remove tools

Download and run Delfix

I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
In that instance I would recommend that you disable Java in your browsers until you need it for that software and then enable it. (See How to diasble Java in your web browser and How to unplug Java from the browser)

If you do need to keep Java then download JavaRa
Run the programme and select Remove Java Runtime. Uninstall all versions of Java present
Once done then run it again and select Update Java runtime > Download and install Latest version
