Size of Partition 15.4 GB…size of Full back up using ATI Home 2009 is 6.37 GB & that using ATI Home 2011 is 6.19 GB…which of the 2 would be more accurate?

You can’t compare as they are different products, with two years apart much could have changed in compression method, etc.
So effectively they would both be accurate for that program version.
