So I’ve been trying to refund my Avast Cleanup Premium order, since I bought the wrong product.
Seeing as the website doesn’t support my language (Danish), I’ve tried to make a refund request per the U.S. support system. Where the only option is to call an overseas number, and after waiting on the line for over 15 minutes – and draining my wallet in the process – I was never connected to a representative.
I resorted to using the German application form, which didn’t require calling a number. This was 7 days ago and I still haven’t heard back or been refunded.
Quite a disappointment.
