attempt to change avast In Add/remove

Hi,
I was attempting to remove the other two skins and leave the default using the add/remove applet in the control panel. When the Avast screen comes up and I select the “change” option and then “next” - it responds with “the product was successfully updated” Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Also, If I remove the skins can I still add another I want to use instead?

To remove a skin, just delete the skin file in Avast’s folder. The skins in the ‘change’ section are only the default skins that come with the installation of Avast. Not additional skins you have installed.
