I don’t think I’m reading anything off a network at startup. Although, some of my startup programs are updaters that need to check the internet for updates. Maybe that’s what’s causing it?
Hmm, I never would’ve thought of that. Although, I also use vim at work (on windows 7), and I don’t remember seeing files like these on my bare C drive.
I was just looking through my processes and programs, and I found one called Sendori, which I think I’ve had for a while actually, which a bunch of sites say is malware. I guess I really didn’t pay attention to it; definitely didn’t know it was malicious. I removed it now. I wonder if it’s behind any of this.
