For the second year, when I renewed AVAST Internet Security weeks before my previous subscription ended, it wiped out weeks of my current subscription. Emailing AVAST doesn’t work; I was directed to the AVAST support page, but the system will not allow me to communicate. It just shows “processing” for hours on end until I give up. Love the product. Don’t love the service. Suggestions?
