That URL is indeed correct but it’s at host level. Stupid crawlers indexed that instead my domain :
Both pages (all 3 actually but lets leave it at 2 ) are also up and operational. Could be just temporal problems with your ISP or DNS problems.
Yes, avast! External Control is compatible with latest avast!. It’s true i haven’t update it for a while but there was no need as everything works just fine. But if there will be a need to update it, i’ll certanly do that
Thanks for the prompt reply. I just flushed my dns, checked my hosts file, and still can’t reach the above two links without the famous “page cannot be displayed” timeout in both
IE 6 and Firefox. I can reach http://freeweb.siol.net/razor256/xss/
immediately, though. I even downloaded the file from Softpedia just to check the md5 codes, and found that Softpedia has an earlier version up there.
Don’t know why I can’t reach your other url’s though.
I’m using Zone Alaram. I alternately tried shutting down Avast and Zone Alarm and then tried to reach those two sites. Both times I received timeouts.
I then tried pinging the sites and couldn’t - received a quick request timeout.
I was able to ping Avast and every other major site I tried.
Could it be that my ISP blocks anything with a eu.tt address? I just did a search for other eu.tt addresses and found www.tapworld.eu.tt and couldn’t load that site either!
Try putting 213.239.203.47 in your browser, or pinging that IP.
If that works, then it must be a problem with your ISP not allowing DSN queries to those eu.tt addresses.
To get around that, install TreeWalk DNS (http://treewalkdns.com/) which is free, allows all DNS queries, and is much faster than ISP’s DNS servers. You basically are running your own DNS server with this and it works wonders.
Here goes. I couldn’t ping the above address either. I then called my ISP’s tech service, e-mailed them the URL’s and the IP address and…they couldn’t connect either! They also got time outs! The tech guy did a traceroute and said the connection seems to be stopping somewhere in Germany for the url’s. He then submitted them for further examination.
Not really. There must be problem on their end for sure.
It’s like this:
My ISP <----> Joynic <----> my.eu.tt pages
Uptime and availability is always excellent and i’m not aware of any recent DNS flooding at ISP level.
I also don’t think you can ping my host because they filter ICMP packets for their main sites and they also most probably filter them on hosted pages.
My webpages: www.security-ops.eu.tt / www.excessive-software.eu.tt

What is the signature spreading virus all about?! ???
I hope it has nothing to do with his website or great software!
