Anyone else having audio stuttering issues/CPU spikes lately? I turned off the behavior shield and hadn’t had any effect. I know this resolved my issue before until they fixed the VPS update. Often times it is with Teamspeak audio. Both my systems this happens.
Teamspeak has not updated recently. My guess it is something with the definitions in preparation for 5.1.
Behavior Shield shows nothing on my Windows 7 system and I do not have stuttering issues nor CPU spikes.
I don’t use Teamspeak audio though.

Someone else had a problem with some audio software here. It is fixed now. Take a look.
I turned off the network shield and it seems to be resolved. I am not sure why that would suddenly cause issues. I turned off the P2P as well. Though I haven’t noticed any additional change.
I have found on both machines, both being Toshiba branded computers. That KeNotify.exe part of the flash card utility is using a TON of CPU unlike before.
I am unsure why it would be sucking up so much cpu now.
