Tropical Cyclone Larry hit the northeast coast with winds up to 180 mph. :frowning:

Naaah! I am very safe from Queensland as I live in Sydney…Phew!

The only problem I am getting very worry is all my friends are in Cairns North-coast of Queensland

Thank you for the concern CharleyO however luckily the only strong winds we experience
in Adelaide are from our Polies.
The affected area has been severly hit with comparisons to Katrina, the Aussie spirit
will come to the for again and we’ll all chip in and help in some small way.

I am glad to hear that you were not affected by the Cyclone tednelly. I read about it and I do believe that it will be compared with Katrina. Will pray for the people affected. Have a nice day.

Edit: If anyone wants to read the Aussie News about Cyclone Larry then please go HERE to read about it.

And now, Glenda, a catagory 4 cyclone, hits the NW coast of Australia …
