I jus got a message from my Avast Pro Antivirus: “An attempt to use the protected zone of this software has been noticed…” And a general password is required. What is this password an how to get it? My Avast account password doesn’t fit!!!

It sounds like the password set on avast and that has nothing to do with your account.
A screenshot of the message might help to see about what is going on.

Well, use a online translator and post the English translation.
That would already be something.

I am having this same issue. My online account works fine and I can even log in to the local Avast utility but if I try to manually run a scan I get the attached and my account password doesn’t work for it. Help!

You need to use the password set in avast, not the one for your account as they can (and should) be different.
