Auto-renewal cancelation for multiple Avast Accounts

The above shows my Avast activity. I’m writing so as to cancel the automatic renewals for three Avast accounts for an XP computer that has been junked (order numbers 14699105242, 14699434642, 15349103342). Order 15348332142 was for a one time tech service and is a closed issue. I tried canceling via each order’s Subscription Portal but I keep getting a message that my email address is invalid. It should be noted that in error, I signed up for 2 Avast accounts on 4/21/14. I now have a new Windows 7 computer and on 9/30/14 I enrolled my new computer for Avast protection (order 15520014842). I do want auto-renewal for that order number but not for the three orders mentioned above as they are for a computer no longer in service. Please advise.

I clicked the link but as I said, somehow Avast doesn’t recognize my email address but since it’s the only email address I’ve ever had, I’m at a loss. I need the three accounts I mentioned in my original post to NOT be automatically renewed. How can I do this if this post is insufficient to effect what I need done? I’m not asking for a refund. All I want is to NOT have the subject subscriptions automatically renewed. I can’t be more specific. Also, what can I do to have Avast recognize my email as viable one connected to me, a paying customer? Please help.

Thanks for the new password but I still can’t cancel the auto-renewal on the three accounts because my email is being shown as invalid. I need guidance desperately. Your kind assistance is appreciated. I cannot afford to have these three accounts automatically renewed. I only have the one account on this, my only computer.
