Auto renewal charged my account even after I cancelled it.

I cancelled my auto renewal for Avast premium and I was still charged $53 off of my account anyway. I submitted a ticket 06/06 and here it is today WITHOUT getting my refund yet. I called their customer support center and they are telling me that it will take another 5-7 days for my refund.

This is absolutely ridiculous. That is a lot of money to me and they are holding my money anyway. I wasn’t even sent a confirmation e-mail for the purchase either.

Does anyone know what I can do to speed up this process?? They’re telling me the bank has to process the request. I am very mad and very hard on money right now. I will not be a customer for Avast Antivirus ever again after this experience.

There is nothing you can do.
Just have patience.
Current handling time for a ticket is 10-15 business days.

For one of the greatest anti-virus companies they sure do feel like a virus in my life that I can’t easily get rid of. >:( >:( >:(
