Here we go again,
Auto Renewal was canceled the very day I started my service over a year ago, and once again Avast pulls some BS and charges me for three computers.
It does not matter if you “cancel auto renewal” Avast is going to charge you anyway.
You are wrong and if it indeed happened, this is not the place where you should be.
You should submit a ticket to avast.

We can’t change things as things like this are only handled by avast and they are the only ones who can see the details., so you will need to take it up with them.
