I upgraded my Avast IS to Premier but forgot to tick any box concerning auto renewal. I therefore went through the correct
procedure to turn auto renewal off, and received an e-mail confirming this. However, on the Order Details page the
“Renewal” column still reflects “Automatic”, whereas the “Manage Subscriptions” page reflects auto renewal “off”. Can
anyone confirm whether this is a known anomaly or whether I’ve got to do something else?

I don’t know why the portal shows it as “Automatic”. I can confirm that the auto-renewal is currently cancelled.
